VUTC - Pricing Packages

The following represents some typical setups and their estimated costs. Actual equipment used and pricing will vary based on the requirements of the event and availability of VUTC personnel and equipment. We try our best to accommodate every event and budget.

Basic PA - 800 Watts
2 cabinet professional loudspeaker system. Includes up to 2 microphones. Perfect for events in the Oreo, small indoor setups, background music and light PA duty

Half Stack - 3600 Watts
4 cabinet professional loudspeaker system. Includes up to 2 microphones and 2 stage monitors. Perfect for smaller sized out door events and medium sized indoor events (e.g. acoustic band shows).

Full Stack - 7200 Watts
8 cabinet professional loudspeaker system. Includes microphones and up to 4 on stage monitors. Perfect for larger outdoor and indoor venues (e.g. Band Shows, Dance Parties, events in the Villanova Room, Jake Nevin Fieldhouse, or on Mendel Field).

12 Cabinet PA - 9600 Watts
12 cabinet professional loudespeaker system. Includes microphones and up to 4 on stage monitors. Perfect for club scenes and large band shows

Custom PA - by consultation only
For very large ourdoor and indoor events that require extreme clarity and dispersion, such as concerts. We ask that you contact us at least three weeks in advance.

DJ Service
We provide DJ service with clean edits of current mainstream, urban, and rock radio plays. Service and pricing is available for public indoor and outdoor events as well as club scenes or formals.

Karaoke Service
We provide provide professional Karaoke service with thousands of popular songs. Package includes all required equipment, music, and personnel.

We can provide sound reinforcement for live bands with our full-stack PA system and assortment of professional stage gear, including Sennheiser drum microphones, Whirlwind snakes & cables, JBL stage monitors, and Lexicon & Ashly Protea signal processors.

VUTC provides full stage lighting featuring two light trees and 16 independently controlled cans. Please note that due to power availability, we can only provide full lighting setups in the Villanova Room, Jake Nevin Fieldhouse, and Pavilion. Because we need to make special arrangements with Facilities to meet certain electrical requirements, please give us at least 2 weeks notice for any event requiring stage lighting.

If you can imagine it we can produce it! Thanks to close relationships with local vendors we are able to offer lighting, video, audio and special effects for any event. We ask that you contact us at least 4 weeks in advance to allow time for planning and rental arrangements
